You are visiting the website portal for ordering your photos from the Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center's Premier Gala Event that was held on January 16, 2010. Visit the links below to review the photos! We have tried to make the ordering process very simple.

First, download and print the order form. Next, visit the photo links to view the photos you would like to select. Write down the file names/numbers on the order form. Finally, send the order form and your check for the total amount of your order to David Miller (the event photographer) at the address listed on the order form.

Special Note: The images on the various links are presented in "proof" form. All monitors are not equal in quality or clarity. All images selected for printing will be color corrected, corrected for brightness and contrast according to the photographer's calibrated monitor. Cropping will be done as deemed appropriate for the size print that is ordered. Portraits taken in 2010 were all taken horizontally, but where the image is only one, two or three people they will be cropped appropriately and most likely printed vertically. All corrections will be at the photographer's discretion.

4x6 Prints - $5 each 5x7 Prints - $7.50 each 8x10 Prints - $10 each 11x14 Prints - $20 each CDrom of upto 10 images, in High Rez JPeG - $35 per disk

As in previous years, you have the ability to receive your photos on a CDrom Diskette. These images will be of a high resolution suitable for printing. You may order up to 10 images per CD diskette. These images can then be printed on your own personal inkjet printer or taken to a digital photo lab for processing. On the diskette you will also recieve a PDF file releasing the images for your personal printing.

All orders regardless of size have a $12 shipping and handling cost. All orders will be shipped via the US Postal Service. You should receive your prints within two weeks of the receipt of your order/payment.

For Credit Card Orders... If you prefer to place your order via email, you may pay via credit card using PayPal. Simply send me a email to the address of dave@pbm2.com. In the email please include your mailing address, the image number(s), the quantities and print sizes you want. I will then email you a electronic invoice that you may use your credit card to pay. Orders will be shipped once payment is received. You do not need a PayPal account to use this service.
